Treat other players with respect. Harassment, discrimination, impersonation, exploitation and attempts to cheat or interfere with the service are not permitted. Accounts that breach these rules may be restricted or suspended.

Fictional currency and virtual items

Game Naira is fictional, has no cash value and cannot be bought, withdrawn or exchanged for real money. Virtual items do not represent ownership of real property. Optional Jos Coin purchases are covered in the Jos Coins section below.

Availability and changes

Jos Life is a live game that is updated regularly. Features may change, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. We may update these terms, and material changes will be communicated to players.

Jos Coins, purchases and refunds

Jos Coins are an optional premium currency for cosmetics and conveniences only. They have no cash value, cannot be converted into Game Naira, transferred, withdrawn or exchanged for money. Payments are processed by Paystack in Nigerian Naira. If a purchase fails or coins do not arrive, contact support with the reference on your receipt in Me → Coin Shop → Receipts. Refunds for unused coins may be requested within 14 days of purchase; coins already spent are not refundable unless required by law. Players under 18 should have a parent or guardian’s permission before buying.

Advertising

Advertisers pay through Paystack and every campaign is reviewed before it appears. Ads must be suitable for an 18+ audience and may not promote gambling, betting, alcohol, weapons, drugs, politics or religion. A paid campaign that is rejected will be refunded in full.
